Terms of service

Last updated: October 23, 2026

These terms apply to restaurants that subscribe to Intra Order (“you”) and to anyone who uses an ordering page powered by Intra Order. Intra Order is operated from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

1. The service

Intra Order provides restaurants with a branded online ordering page, order management tools, and integrations with third-party services for payments (Stripe), delivery (Uber Direct) and point-of-sale systems. Features marked “coming soon” are not yet part of the service.

2. Subscription and fees

  • The subscription is $250 CAD per month for your first location and $129 CAD per month for each additional location, plus applicable taxes, billed monthly in advance. The annual plan is billed yearly at 10 months' price for 12 months.
  • We do not charge you commission or per-order fees. Your customers pay a customer service fee (currently 2% of their food after discounts, plus GST), shown before they pay and collected by Intra Order; it is never charged on tax, tips or delivery fees.
  • New restaurants receive a 30-day free trial.
  • There is no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing month.
  • We may change our prices with at least 30 days' written notice.

3. Third-party services

Payments are processed through your own Stripe account under Stripe's terms, and Stripe's processing fees are charged by Stripe. Deliveries are performed by independent drivers through Uber Direct and are charged per delivery. POS integrations depend on your POS provider. We are not responsible for outages, fees or decisions of these third parties.

4. Restaurant responsibilities

  • Keep your menu, prices, hours, allergen information and taxes accurate.
  • Prepare orders safely and comply with food safety, licensing and consumer protection laws.
  • Handle refunds and customer service for your orders.
  • Use customer information only as permitted by law, including PIPEDA and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and send promotional messages only to customers who have consented.
  • Keep your order screen PIN and account credentials secure.

5. Diners

When you order through a Intra Order-powered page, your purchase contract is with the restaurant, not with Intra Order. The restaurant is responsible for the food, fulfilment and refunds.

6. Your data

Your menu content, branding and customer data belong to you. You grant us a licence to use them only to provide the service. Our handling of personal information is described in our privacy policy.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use the service for anything illegal, to send spam, or to interfere with the service or other users. We may suspend accounts that do.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features over time and will give notice of material changes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Intra Order's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.

10. Termination

Either party may end the subscription at any time. On request after termination, we will provide an export of your customer and order data and then delete it, subject to legal retention requirements.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Alberta have jurisdiction over any dispute.
